The participation fee is 200€. The fee covers seminar registration, coffee breaks, one lunch, and the seminar dinner. Accommodation and EAAE membership is not included.

Every participant of an offline EAAE seminar has to be a member of the EAAE. In case of an online format, only presenters have to be members of the EAAE.

For those who are not yet member, the EAAE membership fee is 150€ for the period 2022 – 2024 to be paid in advance of registration to the EAAE via the website of the EAAE: subscribe here. On the EAAE website, you can also see the advantages of an EAAE membership.
